Her 1989 song, THE BEST, would have made for a much better theme song, and the tempo would've worked with Daniel's title sequence. But it always felt like a song that never quite manages to take flight. What good there is in the song is mostly due to Turner really selling it. I will say that if it weren't for Turner the song would probably be among the lesser memorable. Goldeneye is good, but not even among Turner's greatest songs. Would love to hear a better singer cover this song.
